Last Friday I met this young man and his dad by the river in St Paul for his senior portrait session. There were so many cool places in that one spot that I hadn’t noticed before, so I’m really glad they chose this location! I love the combination of nature and urban styles, and it all seemed to fit his personality perfectly. We made sure to grab a shot of “J” with the family dog “Hotshot”. I think we all had a good time!

    What a handsome guy! Great job on this shoot, Kari. Guys can be kinda difficult to pose, but you got fab shots – he looks so natural and comfortable. Love those locations. WTG!

    I drive past these tracks every day going to work and never once thought of them as a possible photo location. You’re teaching me to see the possibilities in the ordinary every day things around me! 🙂
