Fleeting moments

I just wanted to share this beautiful photograph my husband took for me tonight.  I was putting my youngest daughter to bed and she was sleeping so sweetly on my shoulder, so I asked him to to take a picture of her.  This is what he got.  I love it so much!  Annabelle is my last baby, and when she’s all grown up, these are the moments I’ll miss the most.  I’m always the one behind the camera, so I don’t have many pictures of myself with my kids.  Make sure you get someone to take those pictures for you, with YOU in them.  It’s easy to put it off, but these moments fly by so fast you don’t have that time to lose.  Hand over the camera once in a while and get in the pictures.  I’m so glad I did this time, and will make a conscious effort to do it more often 🙂Mom and sleeping baby

Thank you for visiting! I love what I do, and am honored to share it with you! I've been a photographer for 12 years and am loving it! I started out working in studios where I gained experience while learning and developing my skills independently. I've taken various classes on a variety of photography related topics to enhance what I'd already learned from experience. I began working on location independently part time in 2001 with dreams to open my own studio down the road. After I became mom to my first daughter Nina in 2005, I decided to take another big step and go full time with my business. I'm so glad I did!
