My Nina is SIX! | Children’s Portrait Photography MN

I just wanted to share a few from Sunday night.  I took my oldest daughter out for her six year portraits.  It was about 90 degrees and very muggy, so she only lasted a good half hour before she couldn’t take the heat and mosquitos anymore.  She was such a good sport though and we had a great time!  I’ll be taking her out again for some more on a nicer day, but here are a few of my favorites from our little outing.  Enjoy!

Thank you for visiting! I love what I do, and am honored to share it with you! I've been a photographer for 12 years and am loving it! I started out working in studios where I gained experience while learning and developing my skills independently. I've taken various classes on a variety of photography related topics to enhance what I'd already learned from experience. I began working on location independently part time in 2001 with dreams to open my own studio down the road. After I became mom to my first daughter Nina in 2005, I decided to take another big step and go full time with my business. I'm so glad I did! 1. Nina, WOW ! Your pictures are sooo pretty. You make a perfect model for your Mom!

  2. 6 going on 13! In some of the photos she looks so grown up and in others the little girl comes out. She’s so beautiful Kari! My favorite is the photo where she’s holding the frame, but the backside of it is showing. She looks so Nina in that one!
