Baby boy | St Paul MN newborn photographer

It’s been about a month since I got to photograph a new baby, and I’ve missed it!  So I was thrilled to hear from this glowing and beautiful new mommy who just had this sweet baby boy!  He was over 9 and a half pounds, and already smiling at only a week old!  It was a challenge to get him to fall asleep for those curled up sleepy newborn poses – I don’t think he wanted to miss out on anything 🙂  But, we waited him out and after about 3 hours of soothing music, cuddles, and several nursing breaks, he finally fell asleep and let me capture these.  Enjoy!

Thank you for visiting! I love what I do, and am honored to share it with you! I've been a photographer for 12 years and am loving it! I started out working in studios where I gained experience while learning and developing my skills independently. I've taken various classes on a variety of photography related topics to enhance what I'd already learned from experience. I began working on location independently part time in 2001 with dreams to open my own studio down the road. After I became mom to my first daughter Nina in 2005, I decided to take another big step and go full time with my business. I'm so glad I did!
