Twin Cities child photographer | Turning Two!

Age two is one of the more difficult ages when photographing children.  They don’t understand what’s happening and don’t like following directions!  At the same time, these are some of the most rewarding sessions.   We always get genuine expressions and a variety of them, from the sad pouty face to the big belly laughs!  I must say though, it’s the images with parents that I love the most.  When they go through that stage where they like to cling to mom or dad, that innocent, sweet clingy hug just melts my heart.    We were able to capture that here, and I’m sure they’ll become treasured images as this little boy grows.  Portrait_0082 Portrait_0083 Portrait_0084 Portrait_0085 Portrait_0086 Portrait_0087

Thank you for visiting! I love what I do, and am honored to share it with you! I've been a photographer for 12 years and am loving it! I started out working in studios where I gained experience while learning and developing my skills independently. I've taken various classes on a variety of photography related topics to enhance what I'd already learned from experience. I began working on location independently part time in 2001 with dreams to open my own studio down the road. After I became mom to my first daughter Nina in 2005, I decided to take another big step and go full time with my business. I'm so glad I did!
